Founded in Geneva in 1982 and part of the international French LAMY Group, MCM is a Swiss tank container leasing company specialized in ISO tanks, Swap tanks, and Gas tanks for the international transport of liquids and gas.
MCM acquires and manages a diversified fleet ranging from 12,000L to 35,000L, certified to ADR, RID, and IMDG standards. Our fleet serves the food, chemicals, pharmaceutical, and oil industries worldwide.

Safety and ISO Compliance
MCM holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, demonstrating our commitment to quality management across all tank container leasing operations. Our management system covers the purchase, leasing, and management of ISO tanks, Swap tanks, Gas tanks, and Silo tanks for hazardous and non-hazardous products, chemicals, food-grade liquids, liquefied gas, and powders.
All tank containers in our fleet are rigorously inspected, maintained, and tested to international safety standards including ADR, RID, IMDG, and ISO compliance requirements.

OUR HISTORY
Our company’s journey sets us apart
1982 : MCM - Management Control & Maintenance SA - was founded in Geneva by specialists with extensive expertise in tank container manufacturing and operations. Building on previous experience with Swiss leasing company LOWACO/CATU, MCM quickly emerged as a leading player in the tank container leasing industry.
1987 : MCM introduced specialized fleet of small-capacity ISO tank containers designed for high-density and corrosive liquids transport.
1989 : MCM revolutionized European liquid transport by introducing the first large-capacity Swap tank (30,000L) leasing program. This pioneering initiative established MCM as the Swap body market leader, offering cost-effective high-volume transport solutions
1990 : Expanding through innovation in gas transport, MCM launched its T50 Gas tank fleet with low-pressure and high-pressure configurations in 24’000L
1991 : Launching low and high-pressure T50 Gas Tanks
2010 : MCM joined the international LAMY Group headquartered in Paris, France. Since this strategic partnership, MCM has continued to renew and expand its fleet, committing itself to offering state-of-the-art solutions and reinforcing its status as a leader in the specialized tank container leasing sector. group
2019 : MCM established operations in Białystok, Poland, expanding Eastern European market coverage.
2022 : MCM opened a new office in Antwerp - Belgium, positioning operations in a major European logistics hub. The same year, MCM celebrated its 40th anniversary, marking four decades of commitment and excellence in the industry.
